We've just done a live show to preview the Ashes. It's got me in the mood. Yeah, it certainly has Darren Goff, joined us, as did Steve Harbison, lots of our top cricket presenters, and we had a deep dive into the ashes that gets underway early hours of Friday morning.

So these are some of the best bits.

And despite that intro that wiped away to flower of Scotland and took over

where men at work we got to talk about Scotland to kick things off

tremendous it was classic Scotland except this time they won

when it went to two to two oh this is going to be another funny Scotland night but

fair play to them that was we were both we were both having a

sort of WhatsApp exchange with the mate of ours who's a Scottish and a Scotland fan and it

was it was just feeling it all the way through just a waiting for it to go wrong but for

once it didn't which was fantastic I mean I was surprised I mean it's very hard not to get

invested in a game that's that good.

So when Tierney scored that guy, I was up out the chair. Yeah, me too. I've got no skin in the game, but I think it's great. I mean, the Tartan Army, we know Ali Ross very well, who's a Tartan Army regular. And the tournament would be better for them being there, actually. So that makes a huge difference. I only hope we don't play them in the World Cup,

unless it's the final.

Yeah, well.

Because you know what they like, they're absolutely stink the whole tournament out, but they'll play against us. They'll play like they're playing like it's Brazil 1970, you know. You give one hand. Congratulations, Scott. Well, you know what they're like. You stink the tournament. Well, you know, yeah. Anyway, I'm quite a possibility. Let's be honest. Well done to Wales as well.

Big result for them, so they get a better playoff. Hopefully, playoff draw tomorrow will be right across that on Talk Sport for you. But yeah, fantastic. If we can get a couple more home nations, Republic are still in the mix. Northern Ireland's still in the mix. I'm glad the international breaks around. I've had enough of it. It's been a good one, there's been some amazing moments. Yeah. But now we get a nice run up the real thing. Well, we're here. Our focus predominantly today will be cricket, because the Astros gets underway early hours of Friday morning. And so we're bringing you a special show today from Sixes.
