Well, we're devoting several shows this week to Advent, just launching the Advent season wholeheartedly.

And my guest today writes this, what if you could spend this Christmas season delighting

in your Savior instead of trying to create a picture-perfect holiday?

We believe Christmas is all about the birth of Christ,

yet we're often more focused on finishing our holiday to-do list than we are on celebrating

the greatest gift of all. Asherita Chutu joins me today to talk about her beautiful book

on wrapping the names of Jesus in Advent devotional. You know, she released it in 2014,

and I think I've had her on every year

since the release of this book. I love it so much. We're going to get her on in just a moment,

but I just want you to think for a moment about the times we're in. I think you'd agree that

people desperately need Jesus. They need the hope of the gospel. They need healing in their hearts

and in their bodies and redemption and their
