Uh, okay, pardon me if you can hear a bit of a noise in the background.

This is literally the only small bit of time I have to record to do this episode and there happens to be someone with a leaf

blower nearby and there's nothing really I can do about that.

I could I mean I suppose I could you know get up in a

sniper's nest and just take them out but I feel like that would maybe not be

very friendly and probably end my podcast prematurely.

So I'm not going to do that.

I thought about it.

I had it all picked out, but it's probably not a good idea. So we'll just have to live with it.

Yeah, so really bad news going on.

There's no doubt you've heard. We've got two things and we've got a few a mishmash of things to talk

about and then we've got an excellent patron of the week segment. So that's what I

have lined up for you today. But to the news, so first there was the hostage situation,

and I know this is stuff you've all heard about,

so I'm not planning on reporting it to you,

but there was of course a hostage situation in Australia in

I believe like a coffee coffee shop or something and it's really sad two people ended up dead. It sounds like you know the police had to move in
