but let's get to it. So yeah, and it's I mean a lot of the tagline of your book was about this

you know alternative medicine and all that a lot of stuff we haven't gotten to yet I

think we're a little low on time but I was wondering if you could maybe speak to that a little bit.

Absolutely. Um, so whenever you're sick and in a more permanent way,

there's this need by a lot of people to sort of fix you.

Yeah. They think that there's, if you're still sick that means that you're not

doing enough. It's your fault that you're still sick because if you just did enough,

you'd get better.

And there's this need for a lot of people to start pushing their specific agendas on you

as a cure for your condition. So I can't tell you for example the number of times

that I've had somebody who is vegan come up to me and be like what's Crohn's disease?

And then after I explain it says, oh well you know going vegan would totally cure it

you know and I have nothing against

people who who want to be vegans I think you know if that's a choice that

works for you that's fantastic but for me particularly I can't digest any

forms of iron other than red meat.

Oh, wow.

So if I were to go vegan, I would get sicker and possibly.
