Let's wrap up this week's study of verbs with a few ER and IR verbs along the beach.

The first one that we'll learn is in the first neighborhood along the beach, where we

previously learned Deber on the left and Seguir on the right.

These verbs tend to be followed by other verbs, either infinitives in Beber's case or gerens in Seguer's case.

Our new verb is on the right side. It's owned by a lobster named Lair, who sells wind-powered solar panels.

People ask if they really provide enough energy to power a house,

and the lobster says, well, it depends on the weather, but they tend to.

The verb here is soler.

The word soler, spelled S-O-L-E-R, means to tend, as in something tends to be the case or is repeatedly the case.

So, soler tends to be followed by infinitives. For example, to tend to do something is soler,

to serer something.

But soler is on the right side of the street next to Seguir,

because it's slightly irregular.

Instead of solo, the word is sullo, for I tend to do something.

To say this doesn't tend to happen, you would say,
