We're going to learn a few more AR verbs in this episode,

particularly verbs that tend to be used with indirect objects and

reflexive objects. So remember the railroad area where we first learned

pre-guntar and deser. We have a couple of more verbs here now. There's actually a toll booth

for the train, and this is run by an old lady.

She always stops the train and tells the engineer, you got here, now pay. The word for pay

is pagar. So if you can remember this old lady who was previously featured at Jaegar,

and there was a similar woman at Hugar.

We have a gar lady here at the toll booth for the train,

and she's asking them to pay.

So it's pagar.

There's also a shop run by the lizard here, and he advocates for ethical

treatment of animals. So while these pregnant women are in line for desire or

pre-guntar, he's asking them to swear that their children will be kind to birds and reptiles.

But, of course, he can't dictate their specific oaths since he can't speak.

So all they have to swear is rar.

But the lizard keeps a book where he writes down specifically who has sworn Rar, so that he can

hold them to it.
