Today's episode is all about parts of things and body parts.

Let's start in Joel's bedroom where all the words relate to the parts or aspects of something.

We've used Joel's bed to talk about parts of something.

For example, the side of something would be elado.

Or a part of something would be una part. We're going to use the left bedpost of

Joel's bed to indicate whether something is on the left or on the right part of something. So we're

going to learn two words on this bedpost and both of these words are feminine, so we're only

using the left bedpost for this.

Now, the right side of Joel's left bedpost is shaped like a rich and powerful person who's

facing to the right. So this is a person whose face is carved into the bedpost and he looks rich and powerful.

This word is derecha, which means right.

But on the left side of the left bedpost, we have the shape of a small, weak, and terrified person.

This represents the word

isquierda, with a stress on skierd, like scared.

As you can tell, these are very much like the words that we learned as adjectives in

ser's apartments, derecha and isquireda.

But the thing is that the words right and left are very frequently used as
