Arturis Karnisivas is one of the most fascinating people in basketball right now.

He's had a long career.

He's currently the general manager of the Denver Nuggets.

Before that, he was a decorated player at Seton Hall, came over from Lithuania, didn't speak much English,

played the 1992 Olympics, went up against the Dream Team, so he's got a lot of great stories,

and he shares a few of them with us over the next 45 minutes or so.

So you were recently promoted to the GM job in Denver.

When you think back to where you started, you know, growing up in Lithuania,

going to Seton Hall, you know, how is it surprising to you that you're here right now in this job,

you know, doing what you're doing?

Well, it's been a journey.

I've been in basketball all my life, but I never could have imagined that I'm going

to end up where I am today, and I'm very fortunate to be in this position. So, I mean, being an 18-year-old,

you know, Lithuanian kid that didn't speak any English, came here and played for Seen Hall and, you know,

and got an education and then played pro overseas.
