There's a Danish word which is cooler.

And cooler is, I mean I guess it's a very silly way of saying

discombobulated you know and you would usually use it to say, I've got cooler in my head, or I have become

cooler. And basically, I think it's usually used for when you have been inside for too long,

and you're feeling a bit all over the place and stuck at the same time.
