| 0:33.4 | Construction workers are definitely a different breed of human being. You worked in some construction when you were around it. |
| 0:41.3 | What is the perception of a construction worker in your mind? |
| 0:45.8 | Rough and tumble, crass. |
| 0:48.6 | Well, I would agree with that. |
| 0:50.5 | However, I know you worked in construction and you got whistled at because you had long blonde hair back in the 80s. Okay, so that is one point. But then also I worked at a tanning bed salon and there were so many construction workers that would come in towards spring. Yeah. To get their base tan and I'm putting air quotes around that. Really? Yeah. So it just changed my mind about construction workers. Like on the outside, they want to seem rough and tough. Yeah. But on the inside, they're getting whistled at and they're going to the tanning. That's a weird experience because most of the people I worked with had done time. Yeah. On top of that, it seems like long days, hard labor. but a group working on a building across the street from the Cleveland Clinic recently showed off their soft hearts. Oh, good. When it came to a bond they built with a four-year-old girl who was waiting for a new heart. So, you know, that's heartbreaking. But Brinley, she's sitting in her hospital room every single day. And one day she looked across the way at a window where some guys were working on a new building shown a flashlight at them which they could |

| 1:53.7 | back at her and then every single day at 3 p.m. she raises the bed that she's on up here so that |
| 2:00.0 | she can look across the window they started trading trading signs back and forth. One of them even said, hey, keep fighting. We're praying for you and your family. And then they went a step above and beyond. Some of the workers recently stopped by to bring her a giant teddy bear. And giant meeting like four times her size. Nice. And then a construction hat, they had all signed for her. |
| 2:19.3 | They are done. |
| 2:20.1 | They're done with that project now. |
| 2:22.3 | And they're working in a different space within that building. |
| 2:24.4 | But every day at the same time, they still go back to that window to wave at her. |
| 2:29.5 | That is cool. |
| 2:30.5 | Like, because when we see all of the nastiness online and the people hating each other and |
| 2:36.1 | arguing and things like that, it's sad that these stories don't even really make much |
