Hello, it's Antries, and welcome to another episode of the Savvy Painter podcast.

So next week is both my birthday and my husband's birthday.

Mine is May 18th and his is the 20th.

So yep, that's right.

We have two tourists.

Or is that Taurus? Not really sure, But we have two Taurus in the same house to very stubborn people.

So I have a favorite ask and if you've been listening to the podcast, you know that it's been quite a while since I've done this but I need your

support right now. I started the savvy painter just barely three years ago and

the first day that I published an episode I had seven downloads and to be honest there was probably

three of those were probably me checking to see if it was working and two honestly honestly, my mom. So I was really nervous. I kept hitting the

refresh button on the counter, but the number stayed the same. In time though, more

people started to tune in and eventually you found it.

Maybe you even shared it on Facebook and told some friends about it.

Well, I stopped looking at the numbers and just focused on making this the best podcast I could with what I had.

But recently, I've started watching the numbers again. On average, the podcast is downloaded

almost 2,000 times a day.

And even more exciting, we are about to hit a big milestone.

I'm not sure exactly when, but I'm guessing by the end of May the savvy painter will hit 1 million downloads

1 million is that crazy or what that first day I would never ever have imagined that this podcast would grow into what it has.

My husband is perhaps the biggest supporter who doesn't actually listen to the podcast. But he helps me keep my time

protected and he gives me a quiet space so that I can find the right people to

interview and he even builds many recording studios for me every time we have moved and honestly that's been a lot.
