And everyone was laughing. We're just having a great time. And he goes, I don't like these rules.

And how dare you tell me how to make art, you know? And it was like, oh my God, like,

dude, I, listen, you don't have to, he goes, you, and he swore at me. And he got completely in my

face. He stood up like he was going to punch me. And he got completely in my face. He stood up like he was

going to punch me, and he's just in my face. I mean, I was his father, and he was completely

projecting on me in front of all these people, you know.

Hey, welcome back to the Art to Life podcast. It's a beautiful spring day in California. And I was thinking I was going to be going into the studio and I was laying here reading and hanging out on the grass. And then I was just thinking, oh, I just, I don't want to go to the studio because I thought, well, I got all my recording stuff there and I need to get this episode done and I had some ideas for it and had all these. I needed my studio. And then I thought, you know, I just think I just feel like sitting here. And I thought maybe I would just, uh, I was thinking about all the workshops. We have some workshops coming up and all the total adventures we've had doing them and why they're so great

and why this travel thing is such a big part of art making. And so today I just thought I would

talk a little bit about this creativity and how creativity doesn't have to be only in your studio

and that it's led by curiosity. For me, and how creativity doesn't have to be only in your studio,

and that it's led by curiosity.

For me, curiosity gets me into all kinds of situations,

all kinds of trouble, good and bad, crazy adventures.

And that's what the workshops were for me always,

taking two things I love, art and adventures and travel and combining them.
