United. I feel like we've seen this game before, and we might have done this podcast before,

given what happened between the teams in September. But quite a lot of incident around the game,

in the game a little bit, some talking points coming out, goalkeepers wasting time.

I think we're all quite used to that, and every team in the WSL doing that will get into all of that.

Obviously, Renee Slager's signing a new contract, Jodie Taylor being promoted to technical director,

Jenna Nyswonger, a shock January exit that none of us saw coming on Lones or Aston Villa. We'll get into all of that

and obviously we'll get into your questions as well in part two as we always do. And as always,

here to disseminate all of that with me as our co-host, Jamie Spanger. Jamie, how are you doing?

I'm good, Tim. I'm good. It's been a big weekend. Not a lot happened on the football pitch, but I feel like a lot has happened around it. And I feel like history has seen us the longest, sorry, the smallest score lines always offer the most listener questions in our longest podcast. So this nil-nil-nil draw is going to be very interesting because the people on blue sky want to know what happened and this tends to happen. So thank you Arsenal. But yeah, a lot to do that's it. Yeah, definitely. And I think that's the thing. I think there kind of is and isn't consensus over, or I think people can see some of the issues, but don't know what the solutions are. And I have to say, if I knew what the solutions were, I probably wouldn't be sitting

behind this microphone. I'd probably be on the Arsenal coaching staff, which is not going to

happen. But before we get into the game, we had the news at the end of last week that René Slager's

signed a new three and a half year contract. My understanding is that that was basically agreed

in the summer. Obviously, basically agreed in the summer.

Obviously, things happened in the summer. You know, Renee had a second child very happily in the

summer. And obviously there was transfer business to do and things like that. And obviously,

we were very active at the end of the transfer window, so trying to sign players here and there.

So it basically didn't get done then.

They kind of just had to wait for the winter break.

I don't think that was a huge surprise to people, particularly, you know, knowing what you know now,

that it was basically already agreed.
