Well, he's a distance running and gone. He did the double double 5,000 and 10,000

meter gold at two Olympics. One of those gold medals formed part of Super Saturday,

maybe the most famous day in British Olympic history.

Do you know what's weird is you sound kind of like it's really early morning?

Yeah, I mean that is sort of a consequence of the last 10 days or so on being extremely jet-lagged and tired.

I fell asleep in my chair a little while ago, which I never do. I'm not a fall asleep kind of guy, but I have been struggling a little bit with the jet lag since I got back. My voice did a lot of talking out there so it's a it's a bit

rough around the edges but I think we can agree those are are pretty much first world

problems in the grand scheme of things so I won't complain too much.

That's very good at you. I mean yeah it's um it is you know we're the ones who are

really working hard on the tour. I know the players are doing double sessions and playing football matches, but all the chatting and handshaking we have to do really does take it out of us.

I have all the jet lag to look forward to. Oh yeah, good luck with that. Except, because I'm still here,

I'm still in Philadelphia as we speak. But I'm a bit concerned. I might not get to come back today because I've had a few emails from American Airlines
