I feel like I've been doing a bit of punditry around the BBC, maybe a bit of final score,

and I've finally got the call up for match of the day.

Will you be in right or will you be Jermaine Genus?

This is the question that we have today.

I know which one I would much, much rather be of those two, put it that way.

And I think everybody listening would know exactly what you're talking about there.

In the end, actually, if I had Jermaine Genus' agent, I probably would have been on match

of the day by now, probably the hardest working person in football.

Well, there, there's a discussion for another day.

We might keep that for a top secret Patreon pod or whatever.

Anyway, look, we're recording Monday morning and wow, out of the blue, a signing, who knew,

etc, etc, etc.

People are anxious for these things to happen.

They want the signing, they want the video, they want the behind the scenes thing,

they want it all now because we all know it's going to happen, but it hasn't happened.

Nevertheless, I have to say that, now that it is official, I'm excited by this.
