I hope this finds you well enough after what has been a fairly up and down week for the arse but there has been some

denielson-esque sideways movement too and a bit of diagonalism and everybody needs more diagonalism in their life

it's true there's been a lot going on football wise which is good

we like to focus on the football if at all possible and not the nothing that happens because you get hung up on the nothing and then the nothing becomes something until

you realize that the something is actually nothing at all and there's nothing you can do about the something which is nothing

so it's better just to focus on the actual something the football and we had that we had Liverpool

would naysay away in the Champions League we'll be looking ahead to Manchester United this Sunday

at old Trafford and that's a bit scary at the time of recording because there are injuries and suspensions and potential

more injuries and we'll have to see how all that goes but really there's not much we can do other than
