Hello and welcome to another RC Blog RCast here on RC Blog dot ole ole dot com.

It has been a very good week in terms of football and all that will be discussed between

now and the end of the show Champions League FA Cup Action and of course we'll be looking

ahead to the games coming between this RCast and the next RCast and there are a couple.

With me to look back at Rome we'll be Gunaholik from Gunaholik dot com as well as out the

man in the bar we'll be here, slight change, no singing this week you'll be delighted to

note as well as that we'll have some news on other bits and pieces as well joining me

on the show this week is whiskey, hello whiskey, you're so delicious anyway as I said all

that's still to come on the show so between the last RCast and this RCast what happened

well let's go back to Burnley and the game last Sunday and quite the turn up for the books

not so much in terms of the result but in the way the result came about and the first goal

came from Carlos Vella rather fantastic goal showing strength and skill and pace and a really

truly wonderful finish then Eduardo scored a goal the likes of which I don't think I've ever

seen before a very deliberate volley with the outside of his heel I don't think I've ever seen

a finish like that before it's so sort of improvised but deliberate there is not a shred of doubt in

my mind that he meant to do exactly what he meant to do and with that part of his foot why you

would even think about hitting it without part of your foot is is beyond me but there you go that

just sort of sets him apart and shows you what kind of a special player he is what was interesting

about it was the fact that it came from an Alex song a little clip ball into the box he beat the

offside trap and went in a nice ball from song who had a very very good game of course it was

only against Burnley and I think that has to be taken into account but credit where it was due

there were other people who played against Burnley who didn't play as well and he was probably
