I know we've talked about this before, but I just want to remind everybody that one of the biggest things to overcome when it comes to doing a task you don't want to do is just getting dressed to do it. And that has to do with going to
0:54.6	work in the morning or even just working out. Just get dressed and you'll feel a totally different vibe.
0:59.1	By the time you're dressed, you feel like, okay, now I have to do it because the uniform is on,

1:13.1	I got work to do. I got work to do. Absolutely. He's going to make money. Yeah, getting dressed. I mean, it's also a euphemism for just, you know, get that mindset going. Yeah. Get out the door. You're 90% done if you just get it started. Froggy, how was your weekend and how are you doing today?

1:28.5	Well, the weekend was great. It had Scotty B. and Megan in town, it was great. Friday a little sad, and my son left for college again his junior year on Friday. But I want to say Scotty B. is a bad influence. I'll tell you why. Friday night, about 8.30, he's like, hey, let's run to the grocery store real quick. We go to the grocery store and I'm getting things that I need.
1:26.4	He and Megan are getting things that they need. We all leave. They come out with a box of ready to eat cookie dough. We ate an entire pack of ready to eat cookie dough at 10 o'clock at night on Friday night. I mean, we house that thing. I'm like, dude, this is the worst thing.
