First of all, kids are doing fine.

I do want to say, you know, when I started getting into doing this whole podcast thing,

my old friend Mike Murphy told me the best thing to do before a show is have an apple.

And they used to have an, when he did radio shows and radio stations, they always had bowls of apples.

Apparently, you have the apple, you bite into it, it clears everything out of your mouth.

And then you could give a great show.
