is Ariel Garton. Ariel is a neuroscientist, innovator, artist, entrepreneur, public speaker, trained psychotherapist, but you most likely would know her

as the co-founder and creator of the Muse Brain Sensing Headband.

We recorded this together probably a month-ish or so ago, something like that,

kind of right as everyone was really hitting the stride in lockdown.

And so we talk a little bit about that that but we get into some deep stuff about

the neuroscience of meditation, creativity and all of those other neural

nuggets that we generally rub together around here at the Azterusal.
