I am speaking today with executive coach Lorraine Chang.

She is founder and CEO of Ascension Associates.

She is also a coach, a member of ICF, a strengths coach, a OKR certified coach,

and highly qualified to talk about the coaching practice and business in the Hong Kong market.

She helps executives find the potential within themselves by using a strengths-based coach approach.

She helps executives see through a bigger lens, gain wider perspectives of issues,

lead with purpose, connect with trust and command with executive presence.

She also conducts leadership development workshops to create workplace well-being and teaches

managers to embrace a coaching mindset. Through her company Ascension Associates,

she continues to provide executive search and selection for our clients,

whom she has worked for over eight years. Prior to starting her company,

she was a recruitment director for a local Hong Kong boutique financial services firm.

Since the inception of Ascension Associates, Lorraine is gaining credentials with the center

for appreciative inquiry as a certified appreciative inquiry facilitator,

a level two certified OKR practitioner that's objective key results for those not familiar,

and with Gallup as a certified strengths coach, she is also certified by the

Institute of Injective Coaching and Leadership as a certified organizational coach and a team coach.
