He shares his mantra for those he coaches (with a sound similar to words of Robin Sharma) adding in the coach voice: "risk more than is required, learn more than is normal, be strong, be kinder than expected, show your courage, shatter your limits, lead, excel stay value, adore mastery, aim for generous, release mediocrity."
