I am speaking today with guest Phil Oberton, Phil is an Executive Coach, Vistage Chair,

Instructor on Organizational Leadership for Brandeis University, and most recently a mental

fitness coach, using the acclaimed program Positive Intelligence, Founded by Scherzad

Shameen.

In 1991, Phil began his entrepreneurial pursuits first serving as Chief and National Officer

for a number of private and public companies, including Cambridge Neuroscience, Bial Sepera,

Janome Therapeutics, Protein Forest, and then he was CEO of Differential Protonomics.

Interestingly, in today's COVID environment, he was CFO for General Cinema Theaters in

1991, and we know how that industry has been impacted during this time.

In 1996, he started his practice of coaching, and in 2012, he joined Vistage as a Chair.

During his career, he has served as Vice Chair of MIT's Enterprise Forum, and as a past

President of Boston's Financial Executives Institute, the world's premier organization

for CFOs.

So in a word, Phil's got skills.
