In this episode of the podcast, I speak with Teresa Meryl, an executive career development

coach and LinkedIn job search strategist who helps sea level executives, executive coaches

and job seekers build their professional brand on LinkedIn, increase their online visibility

and network to generate leads to achieve their goals.

At the outset, I think there is high value in speaking today about career executive coaching

in this podcast.

There are a couple of reasons.

First, for time to time, executive coaches will have a coaching client that finds themselves

in need of identifying and sourcing a new career opportunity themselves.

Secondly, executive coaches frequently have coaching clients who need additional talent

to bring onto their executive teams.

This episode will be helpful for the executive coaches to explore how an executive career

coach prepares talent for presentation to your coaching client in terms of the resume,

LinkedIn profile, messaging, interview preparations and even the compensation negotiations.

Additionally, what makes this career coaching conversation so interesting to me is that

as an executive coach and executive search professional myself, I often sit on the other

side of the coaching conversation as the owner's rep seeking to find interview and capture

difference making top talent.
