As we begin, I want to share that Adam is an early adopter, disruptor, innovator and executive coach,

who is pushing the limits of what coaching can be in particular as the state-of-world home

we're living in here with virtualization.

Adam was one of the youngest coaches to be selected for business chairing in the UK

and his goal there was to both ignite the past among the winners and to lead them.

We joined the podcast when I've asked Adam a question about lifetime learning

and he was journeying and learning to bring him to be a coach.

I was always just hungry to be, you know, any training that was offered physically or online

just where possible, make sure that I could be there.

You know, reinforce what I already knew, re-learns other things in a different perspective.

A couple of things happened.

I remember another whose style was completely different.

I just remember sitting there and just having a bigger epiphany, which was,

I'm going to learn more from the people that are not like me than I'm going to learn from the people like me.

And actually, as soon as I got that, my appreciation and understanding for learning changed quite dramatically

because I would naturally seek out people that I wouldn't normally go to
