One of the things that I thought was extraordinary was the deep relationship that he builds

You know, I can remember sitting with a client and a member who her mom was a member, but then

her mom said you're coming in and being president to her when she was like 23 years old and so that

that's 20 years now, but this goes back a little bit and we were doing a one-to-one and her brother
