We have a very interesting show for you today.

We actually are preempting the show that we were going to do for you because

an article that just came out on Inman News features called lawsuit accuses realtor.com of defrauding

agents. And so what Julie and I are going to do is we're going to read you part of this article

today and we're then also going to comment on it because the fact is this is something

that all agents,

especially new agents, because agents that have been in the business for a little while,

you guys know better at this point than to buy buyer leads,

but all agents in the future need to know about this.
