| 1:15.0 | So the calf muscles are the muscles in the back of your lower leg. |
| 1:19.0 | There are two calf muscles. There's the deep calf muscle called the solace and there is the bigger |
| 1:30.4 | calf muscle that we tend to talk about more often and tends to get strained more often and that is the gastrosanemias. |
| 1:37.0 | That's the big bulky one you can feel kind of giving the calf shape at the top of the leg. The solaeus is a bit deeper and harder to to locate. It's quite hard to stretch so rather than stretch it, which you can do you can stretch it. rather than stretch it, which you can do, you can stretch that muscle with a bent leg, |
