1:08.3	As in all events that happen all around us, I believe they're neutral and we get to create

1:14.2	Our interactions are neutral and we get to decide what those interactions actually
1:19.6	mean to us.
1:21.2	We get to control that aspect which is actually really cool because everybody makes different
1:26.1	meanings out of different situations and our interpretation and our perception of
1:29.6	people that we're interacting with is drastically changed and so is our experience of being
1:34.8	a human based off of the assumptions that we're making.
1:38.3	So, today I really want to dive into a couple of examples of assumptions that we might
1:42.5	be making and just really touching base with ourselves to make sure that what we're assuming
