Joe Bartlett, if you watched that speech yesterday with the president, and, you know, it's one thing

if it's at night, he's making a speech, 8 o'clock at night, he's had a long day, he's been

traveling, but this was in the middle of the afternoon. And what was wrong with him?

He was mumbling, fumbling.

He really seemed in decline, didn't he?

It really, it's scary to tell you the truth because he's not there.

And, you know, that was an important speech, too.

I mean, you know, the country is dealing with huge problems with crime.

And this guy's asleep.

Yeah, something, this is a major story that's being ignored by the media.
