the first episode of 2025. And I'm feeling really freaking pumped right now in super high energy.

So hopefully I could just pour some of that into you if you're listening to this on your

way to work or you're doing a workout or you're in the shower, tossing your loop in the air.

You're getting ready for the day and you're like, you just need some infusion of energy.

But I also will tell you, this year has not kicked off the way that I thought it was

with the umph and intention that I had anticipated I was coming into January 1st with.

It got really sidetracked because our son, who is almost 14 months old, got sick.

Got sick for the first time, which I'm so grateful that it took this long for

him to get like sick, but he just really went for it. And he got so sick, we actually had to

take him to the ER, which in itself was so scary and was also a really powerful reminder to me of

how grateful I am who I'm doing life with and who I'm raising kids with and how important it is

that you pick

the right person to be married to because gosh my husband is so great. I was just in the mode of like

take care of our son. We have to get him to the emergency room. And my husband's like, I got the insurance
