Today I'm going to be doing a quick episode talking about an experience that I had while

I was hiking last week and I was out hiking last week and it was a pretty hot day.

I'm in Sedona.

In Sedona now for six weeks we're probably going to be here for another month or so because

obviously of everything that's happening.

So we're staying longer to stay away from other people.

We're trying to stay away from other people as much we can.

We're quarantining because I think it's at this point in time the responsible thing

to do.

Whether you have it or not, it's up to you.

It's your decision what you want to do, what you don't want to do.

I just know for me, I don't want it on my conscious that I could have possibly gotten

someone sick if I had it and didn't know it.

But anyways, I was out on a hike and I was out there with my girlfriend and we were

going on this hike where we're walking, right?

We get up to the top of this place that we wanted to get to and there's this beautiful

scenery, this outlook and we're like, let's just lay down and let's just hang out for

a while and what I noticed was the sun was on me.

It was really hot and then these clouds would pass over and we'd get really cold and windy
