bit of backstory about how I actually came up with the topic that we're talking about and then

we'll go into a couple of really tangible tips that could help you in a really impactful way. So let me set the stage here. I was out for a run and I was

listening to a podcast where someone was talking about running. So that was a weird tee up.

But essentially, his name is Dave Hollis.

He was actually the first male guest on this podcast,

episode number two.
