But, you know, the, so let's start off with what the problem is. So what's the problem when most, look, it's no secret. Referral partner marketing is the name of the game. It's so much easier. It's so much cheaper. You know, if I go Consumer Direct, as soon as I close that loan, I got to go find another one where if I go referral partner, if I get a deal from, you know, realtor Sue, I get one this week, next week, next week.
