0:07.5	Always laughing at the beginning because usually it's taken us so many takes and so many like,

0:31.1	Which is not what happened last time. So by the time you actually hear us say, hi, welcome back to our podcast. We're laughing because it's been like 25 minutes. I'm just trying to get that. Yeah.
0:37.7	Anyways, we are back. It has been a very hot minute. I realized that we did not release.
0:39.8	We haven't released an episode since, like, early August.
0:43.1	And the last several episodes we did with some really awesome people that we met in Albany in May.
0:50.3	But we haven't done an episode just to two of us giving an update talking about what we're up to
0:56.3	yeah what we're doing and how we're doing we actually um we were in new york city recently and
1:01.7	we were going through uh tsa and um uh the tsa agent behind the monitor said to me as my bag went through he was like hey
1:11.9	I was like hey like I thought he was about to tell me like ma'am like you have a taser pepper
1:16.4	spray like something in your bag because like anything could happen you know and um
1:20.7	so I was like braced for anything and I was like hey and he was like oh sorry like I follow you
1:25.3	on Instagram which was like so nice of him to say but then he said to me like are you okay like are you doing okay and I was like, oh, sorry, like, I follow you on Instagram, which was, like, so nice of him to say.
1:33.6	Then he said to me, like, are you okay? Like, are you doing okay? And I was like, that's, that's so nice for you to ask that.
1:40.3	And also, yeah, he maybe is wondering because we haven't really, we haven't really released a bunch lately.
