0:56.2	It was exactly what I was quote unquote supposed to do.

1:01.8	And I could feel what felt like my soul slowly dying inside of my 29 year old body.
1:09.2	And I thought to myself, I can't do this for another 40 years. There's no way. I don't enjoy any of it at all. And I'm glad that I woke up and chose a different path. And there's a phrase that I heard a few years ago. And I loved it so much, I actually put it in my notes tab in my phone, so I would never forget it. And that's what today's episode is going to be
