| 1:29.3 | I would say it's the helpers, the servers. And I've pulled 13 of those cards. I'm going to shuffle them and we're going to explore together. Now, archetypes are |
| 1:35.5 | stereotypes, really. It's why stereotypes are not bad. Stereotypes are just patterns. If we add |
| 1:41.9 | hatred to our stereotypes, that's when they become a problem. |
| 1:46.3 | But archetypes are simply our psychological stereotypes that have developed over time. |
| 1:52.7 | We all know these stereotypes. There are things like teacher and mother and goddess and martyr. These are the psychological patterns that have |

| 2:13.5 | psychology, this is from Jungian psychology, What we're really exploring are how these different |
| 2:19.3 | archetypes show up inside of ourselves, externally in the world internally. What is light, |
| 2:27.6 | right, good, positive, and what is dark, the shadow, the mistakes, the hiddenness that we can hold in that shadow |
