0:31.4	but they're a part of living in sinful bodies in a sinful world.
0:35.9	One of the real misfortunes is when we misunderstand God.
0:40.0	Has that ever happened to you? You thought you understood what God was saying. You thought
0:44.2	you understood what God was doing, but in fact, perhaps you missed the entire point.
0:48.9	Well, it seems that happened a number of times to the original disciples, and I don't know about you,
0:53.0	but that encourages me greatly.
0:54.9	It means there's hope, and it means we're all still growing on this journey with Jesus.
0:59.6	In Mark chapter 9 in verse number one, the Bible says, and he said unto them,
1:04.0	verily I say unto you that there be some of them that stand here, which shall not taste of
1:09.1	death till they have seen the kingdom of God come with power.
1:14.0	Now, if you compare scripture with scripture and you see this same thought in other gospel
1:19.0	records, you'll discover that the disciples thought that that meant that there would be some of them,
1:25.1	literally alive at that moment, who would be living
1:28.0	when Jesus Christ came the second time.
1:31.0	Well, we've lived long enough to know that's not the case because all the original disciples
1:36.0	died and went to be with the Lord through death and not through the rapture.
1:40.7	So what could this mean?
