In sales as in life, there are so many things that happen that we don't understand.

We don't see it happen, we don't understand why it happened, why it didn't happen, and

our minimal brain fills in the reason why it happened or didn't happen.

Some call this luck, good or bad, some come up with excuses, reasons, blame, you ever heard

a blame, people blame, everybody but what it is.

And this is just part of life, and we all face it, but how we think about it can really

affect how good we become at sales.

If you think there's this thing out there that you don't have control over that's working

either for or against you, you tend to think differently as opposed to leaving just a

little gap, a little smidge, maybe 1%, maybe even 5% of, well, maybe I don't know, and

maybe I will never know, but maybe I can be curious about it.

Which is more empowering, attributing it to something like fate or luck, superstition,

It really doesn't matter what you call it, but you're assigning it so that you can put
