Good morning. God morning to you. Sit quietly and listen for a voice that will say

be more silent. As that happens your soul starts to revive. That's roomy. Be more silent.

Then you are right now. More still. Then you are right now. And as that happens your belief in

lack, fear, limitation, your belief in separation. They all begin to dissolve and only joy is left.

Paramahansa Yogananda said, When the divine joy comes, immediately my breath is still and I am lifted

into the Spirit. I fill the bliss of a thousand sleeps rolled into one and yet I don't lose my

ordinary awareness. This is universally the experience of those who go deep in the superconscious state.

When the profound ecstasy of God falls over you, the body becomes absolutely still. The breath

ceases to flow and the thoughts are quiet, banished, everyone by the magic command of the soul.

Then you drink of God's bliss and experience an intoxication of joy that not a thousand

drops of wine could give you. I would meditate for hours every day to drink that bliss. I told you

I'd lay on my back. I can corpse pose in yoga, hands by my side, eyes close and I'd look up

behind closed eyes. And sometimes I'd still my breath because I noticed that when that bliss came,

the breath was still. All of this I knew and I had never read it before. And so I'd still my

breath on purpose because the breath is connected to the mind and whenever I'd hold my breath, the thoughts

would stop. Try that. Not for long, like don't pass out and do not do this when you're driving.

You hold your breath for a moment and the silence comes. And then you can say the bliss comes,

but it's truer to say that you noticed the bliss that was already there. You noticed the silence

that was already there. Even when the thoughts start again, even when the breath starts again,

the silence is still there, the bliss is still there. I don't have to sit or lay in a formal

meditation to taste this bliss now. But those appointments I kept with God every day
