So let's say for example you ate a meal, you're stuffed, but you're still not satisfied and you need a little

something. If you have that, this video is for you and there's several reasons why you're experiencing that.

You have insulin resistance.

Now, this is a situation where you have too much insulin.

Your cells are resisting insulin, and insulin is like the key that opens the door for nutrients.

So you're not able to absorb all these nutrients.
