behavior in the workplaces in the eye of the beholder, worth probably just looking sort

of directly at what Dominic Rob is actually said in his letter. I mean, because we have

to go on thus far. He confirms that he has been found to have bullied twice. He says

that all the other complaints were thrown out, but two of them have been upheld. He goes
