Summary

EP10 - Learning to be self-aware is easier said than done, you may be in tune with your thoughts, feelings and behaviour in one scenario but completely out of touch in another. In this episode, I asked you guys for some questions via instagram about self-awareness and chatted through them, covering topics like why I stopped posting 'what I eat in a day' videos to maintaining your boundaries in relationships to living for ourselves rather than male validation. This format was really fun to do and I definitely want to do another q&a style episode in the future so make sure to follow the instagram to get involved @insideannasmindpodcast.

0:14.5

kilometres and we did it right in the middle of the day so it was boiling hot and me my boyfriend just haven't been able to move afterwards like normally after a run we're okay but i kid you not this has wiped us out but i really wanted to get this podcast episode out and to be fair i don't think it's the worst thing to do right now like Like I am in the mood to do it. And sometimes when I get

0:38.7

really passionate about what I'm talking about, I'll scream down the microphone or get really energetic.

0:43.9

But maybe it's good that I'm a little bit more on a calmer level because I'm a little bit tired.

0:50.3

I've got my whole podcast thing set up right now on my sofa because I was like I can't even sit out a chair

0:56.6

I can't you know I can't even walk to the fridge at the moment so that that's an issue but yeah we are on episode 10 which is just insane if I think back to the beginning process of when I was getting this podcast up and running I was was like, oh, like, I just don't know,

1:14.3

you know, you know, you never know what the first steps to do. I didn't even know what microphone

1:18.2

to use, where to record, how to edit, how to publish, how to have a, you know, an account on

1:24.7

Spotify or Apple Podcasts.

1:27.7

And it was such a barrier for me.

1:29.6

And I really thought, oh, can't do this, can't do that.

1:31.9

But I've done it.

1:32.7

And I've now got 10 episodes out.

1:35.4

I thought there'd be some sort of like,

1:37.4

oh, I couldn't keep up or couldn't be consistent.

1:40.2

But no, I think the podcast is the one thing

1:42.4

that has been consistent the last couple of months.

1:45.3

In terms of episode 10, I was thinking about doing a certain topic,

1:50.0

but I was like, you know what, I kind of want to round off some things that have been said throughout episodes 1 to 9.

1:56.0

And I just thought, you know, it's coming to episode 10, let's round it all off.

2:02.5

And any questions that people have or any little topics, but really focusing on this whole self-awareness. So hopefully,
