I'm going to share with you. We've been receiving more emails, more Instagram direct messages,

more texts from folks that we've known in the industry for the decades we've been in the real estate coaching business, then in a very short period of time that any time

probably in the last, you know, I don't know, a few years.

The number of communication, ways people are communicating with us about the same thing is amazing.

And I'm going to share with you guys a text I got this morning

from Heath Moulton. Heath and his family have been the number one real estate brokerage in Iowa

for years. And their specializations working with builders. So Heath sent me a text this morning

and he was giving me, he's very analytical and he's a very focused driver, just a really great overall guy.

I love when he shares with me his information because I know it's always researched and I don't

have to question it. So what he sent me today was very, very fascinating. He was showing me what's

going on in his market with all the new construction. Again, that's their specialization. And he was

showing me some of the little things that no one's really shining light on with regards to the weakness on the builder
