Summary
The persistency and consistency of bad news is discouraging, from wars in Israel and Ukraine to earthquakes in Iceland to a worldwide opioid epidemic that now suffers from “polysubstance abuse.” It’s logical to ask how long the world can continue like this and whether we’re living in the end times.
