They liquidate positions to buy new positions

or they close out overweight positions,

but they don't sell something

because the market overall is going down,

especially when kind of everything's been on fire me.

There's really not been a great place

to put your money this year except select names,

especially when you're a broad allocator.

But what you can say is, wow, look at all this stuff that since everything is down,

why can't I go shopping right now when things are on sale?
