Hello, how are you? Well, it's the Vuelta show. So, Dane, obviously, we needed you on here.

Let's just get right to it.

Let's get, we're going to kick off with the Vuelta, which, well, it's been a pretty good bike race so far.

And more specifically, if you'd asked me, you know, what the GC picture would look like after the Angleroo stage, I, this isn't what I would have guessed. Maybe, Dane, like, set the scene for us. Where are we at right now, G.C. wise. Yeah, the scene is that it's sort of coalescing around, the G.C. battles coalescing on two riders. And I got to say, like you, I think I was underestimating

one of those riders, that being sure. Or were we overestimating the other one? Maybe we're overestimating Yonis Vinkgo, who is leading the race. He has a 48 second advantage as of press time here. But that's not that much. I mean, the angler was a really, really, really hard climb. You know, it's double digits for a lot of the way up,

and it was not Jonas Vinkgo that won the Angleroo stage. It was actually Joe Al-Meda, which I was very surprised to see. He was setting tempo the entire way up the last several kilometers, and Vingago still couldn't come around in the end. And, yeah, we got a bike race on our hands, which is very exciting. Now, we still have plenty of hard days to come because it's the Veltas, so there's going to be some hard mountains. There's a TT ahead as well. And it's, it's those two guys at this point. Tom Pidcock sitting back and third, a bit more distant third, although still doing great.

I mean, I've been very impressed with him.

Still G.C. Pidcocking. Oh, yeah, absolutely. I think he's doing all right. Not to the point where we

need to play God Save the King for Johnny. But, you know, we are, we are, he's at least there

or thereabouts. He's there or thereabouts. That's right.

Whether he keeps Jai Hindley off the podium remains to be seen.

I feel like there's a good chance old mate will find himself up there.

Jai had a good ride on Angler as well.

Yeah, he did. Yeah.

I think my favorite thing about that climb, for anybody who watched it over the weekend, my favorite thing about that climb is it makes these pros look like us. Mm-hmm. You know? Like, it's so steep that they're like plotting along like 70 RPR. There was a cameraman running along in front of them. Yeah, which is, that's not.
