First, he took a shot at Dak Prescott saying that they made Dak Prescott the richest player in NFL history, and then he went on to miss two-thirds of the season, referencing last year when Dak injured his hamstring and was out for a large portion of the season. But he also took a shot at cornerback Trayvon Diggs and right-tackle Terrence Steele. talk about how the Cowboys don't wait until the last minute to re-sign their own,

because that's been a criticism of the Dallas Cowboys with Dak Prescott, with C.D. Lamb last year and now entering that territory with Micah Parsons. And Jerry said, pushed back on that saying, hey, we don't wait until the last minute. But frankly, now this is quoting Jerry Jones, frankly, should we have waited

on Trayvon Diggs and Terrence Steele?

Because both guys got injured and missed significant time post extension. So it's like, why are you now taking shots at those two guys?

What does this have to do with them? They get on this defensive where it's like, dude, you're under the fire because you have not won a big game in like 30 years.

That's why everyone is kind of holding your feet to the fire here.

Like just get these things done, have a sound process, and then start to win games.

And at that point, we're not going to be throwing haymakers at you every year come July when you get to Oxnard.
