Science and Nation actually is a, it's a, it's a profoundly, it becomes a moralized debate

to almost become the civilizational debate really. There's no exponential crisis here and

everything we fought for in terms of reason and secularism and democratic accountability

and so on and so forth comes under threat and one of the ways that's coming under threat

is by these kind of believers who are rejecting or knowledge. People don't come to listen

to talk about science, the whole of science, right? They come to listen to talk about cosmology

or about medicine or you know it's rare that it's framed as a kind of polarized science v religion

like two-foot-boltings you know and only one can win. It's much more likely to I think surface

in a kind of I am used to thinking about the universe or this part of the universe in this way.
