which leads me to our guest on today's podcast, Ken Coleman, who is the author of the proximity

principles, a new book out there. Right now, it's doing extremely well in the business section.

He's done a lot of work with leaders, not only in the business community,

but in the, in the sports world as well as also become a good personal friend.

how it relates to the national football league and some of the lessons he's learned from
